As part of EVA’s environmental and energy consulting team, Mr. Graeter specializes in the integrated analysis of natural gas, coal, power, and emission allowance markets.

Utilizing his unique educational background in engineering management with a focus on energy economics and finance, Mr. Graeter develops sophisticated analyses and reports that invite quantitative discussions on current and future impacts of energy regulations, policies, and legislation on the North American energy sector.

Additionally, Mr. Graeter has prepared numerous economic and regulatory impact studies on a wide-ranging array of issues regarding the U.S. energy sector for clients that include state regulatory commissions, federal agencies, trade associations, and private companies.

Mr. Graeter holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, both from the George Washington University.
