With more than 30 years in the natural gas pipeline industry, Ms. Spencer has experience in regulatory affairs, rate design, marketing, competitive analysis, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. In her current role, she is responsible for natural gas market intelligence and analysis to support Energy Transfer’s commercial endeavors. Ms. Spencer earned her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Texas and her MBA from Southwest Texas State University. She resides in Houston, Texas.
